Dr.Birgül Tümay
Dr.Birgül Tümay graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Dentistry in 1996.
She worked at Dr.Galip Gurel’s Interdisciplinary team system for 18 years. She did an internship at Cologne University Faculty of Dentistry Endodontics Department. She’s highly focused on micro endodontics, prosthodontics, microsurgery, implants, anterior esthetic composite restorations and laser applications.
She was also lecturing at the Institute of Advanced Esthetics post-graduate education program, teaching the latest advances for Porcelain Laminate Veneers to all international dentists visiting these programs and courses in Istanbul and abroad. Also she’s giving lectures and courses about anterior composite & porcelain restorations, laser applications.
She is a member of Turkish Dental Society (TDB), Turkish Academy of Esthetic Dentistry (EDAD), Turkish Academy of Endodontics (TED), American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (AACD) and SOLA-int (International Society for Oral Laser Applications).
She completed 2 years of “ Laser Mastership” program from The University of Vienna, Austria and has a mastership certificate on Laser Applications. Also graduated from New York University, College of Dentistry “Current Concepts in Esthetic Certificate Program” and she completed the “Advanced Surgical Procedures in Periodontology and Implant Therapy” curriculum in Munich, Germany.
In 2015 she studied orthomolecular medicine and holistic dentistry in Austria.
She has published articles in international journals. She opened her own dental clinic in September 2015 in Nisantasi, Istanbul. Spoken languages: Turkish, German, English.
